Get moving, stay inspired, and connect with community through NimbusFIT—a vibrant program of adult dance and fitness classes designed for all levels. Whether you're new to dance or looking to deepen your practice, NimbusFIT offers a welcoming space to challenge yourself and have fun.
Classes are led by expert School of Nimbus teaching artists. Classes are categorized as Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Open, allowing you to find the pace and intensity that’s right for you.
Beginner - You are new to dance or are easing back in
Intermediate - You have a foundational understanding of the style and some prior experience.
Advanced - You have a deep intellectual and physical understanding of the style and its associated vocabulary.
All classes have a drop-in format, making it easy to fit them into your schedule—no long-term commitment is required.
Please note that child supervision is not provided.
If you are pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in NimbusFIT adult dance & fitness classes.
While our classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, certain movements and exercises may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please let your instructor know before class begins so they can make the necessary modifications to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you.
If you seek pilates instruction and are in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, we recommend you seek specific certified prenatal instructors. Unfortunately, NimbusFIT does not offer prenatal pilates at this time.
Late Policy: There will be a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Those exceeding the allotted grace period will not be admitted to the class and will be kindly asked to reschedule. In such cases, the missed class will be deducted from the student's account. This policy is implemented to maintain the efficiency and integrity of our class schedule, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all participants.
